Operating lead for 4orm Custody & Trust Co. Owner of the Tier-2 custody framework, insurance & bonding, and integration with the qualified Canadian custodian network (Tetra, Balance, Brane).
Independent chair of the HoldCo board. Background expected to include senior Canadian financial services governance, prior independent board service, and capital markets oversight experience.
