How this website handles information.
What 4ormfinance.com collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. The product privacy page is at /privacy.
This policy covers the 4orm Finance website. It does not cover information a customer puts into the platform, which is governed by the written agreement with that customer. Last updated 15 August 2026.
No tracking, no stored forms.
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third party tracking. There is no form that posts to us. The contact page opens your own mail application with a subject already filled in, so nothing reaches us until you choose to send it.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to that service and it sees your internet address as part of serving the file. We receive nothing from that request.
What happens to that email.
- We hold your name, your email address, your firm and whatever you chose to tell us.
- We use it to answer you and to prepare a walkthrough that is useful.
- We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the company and its professional advisors.
- We keep it while there is a live conversation, and for as long after that as our own legal and tax obligations require. Then we delete it.
- We do not ask for customer data to run a walkthrough, and we will not take a copy of any.
You can ask what we hold, and you can ask us to delete it.
Canadian federal and provincial privacy law applies, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and the provincial statutes that stand in its place, among them Quebec’s Law 25.

Write to us and we will tell you what information about you we have, where it came from and what we have done with it.
Ask us to fix it
If something we hold about you is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Ask us to delete it
Ask and we will delete what we hold, unless a law requires us to keep a particular record for a stated period.
